wingmarked

Privacy

Wingmarked reads your firm’s outgoing email after Send and before delivery.  This page says what we keep, for how long, and who can see it.  The full policy is published before general availability; until then this is the whole of it.

Message bodies are stored encrypted with a key that belongs to your firm alone, and deleted after 30 days (your admin can shorten this).  What stays is the record: who sent what to whom, when, what was caught, and the one sentence a remembered promise came from.

Nothing is used to train a model.  The model that checks a message sees it once, under terms that keep nothing.

Reviewer material is private.  A reviewer’s comments, tracked changes and, on the Private tier, their name never reach a recipient, a header, a footer or a verification page.

Your firm can leave.  An admin can export everything the firm’s record holds, correct or forget any remembered line, and remove Wingmarked from the mail flow in one step.

Your mobile number is used for one-time sign-in codes and review alerts, with your consent recorded when you add it.  Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.  The program is described at wingmarked.com/sms.
