Terms

These are the terms in short; the full agreement is published before general availability and is what a signed order refers to.

Shadow is free forever.  Gate is $12 and Wingman $29 per seat per month, annual at ten months, minimum five seats.  Senders are seats; reviewers and counsel are free.  Seats are counted as the distinct senders with a message in the last 30 days and billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe.

Mail never stops for non-payment.  If a payment fails, the plan drops to Shadow and every message goes out as written until it is settled.  Nothing is held and nothing is lost.

Your mail is yours.  Wingmarked holds a message only as long as a decision takes, delivers it from your own mailbox through your own provider, and never changes a word without showing the exact change first.

Who stands behind an edit at each tier is set out in the attribution policy.
